Kevin Lobisser
Kevin began his career in 1983 at the early age of 13 years old when he went to work for his cousin’s large excavation company. He worked there for 12 years gaining construction knowledge while earning money to put himself through college. Along the way he would be responsible for a 6 person team installing new roadways, utilities and drainage systems for residential subdivisions, industrial parks and municipalities. Kevin combined his construction experience with his business management and finance degree to start his own company Lobisser Building Corp in 1996. His initial focus was residential projects planning, designing, permitting and developing over 1,000 residential single- family homes, condos and rental units. He expanded into developing and owning 3 solar farms consisting of approximately 4 megawatts of production. In addition, he worked on developing an 8 year-long project which encompasses a 13 mile linear industrial park along the Grafton Upton rail line. Over the past 10 years his focus has been on industrial, medical and laboratory ground up construction.
Joe Ferreira
Joe’s construction career began in 1996 as a laborer for his father-in-law. He worked his way up learning all aspects of construction. He learned to operate heavy equipment and machinery and was installing septic systems and foundations. He continued to work his way up to the residential construction project manager overseeing the day to day building of residential subdivisions. Eventually he started estimating and bidding larger construction projects, including commercial construction jobs. Joe started his own company, Seaside Building Inc. in 2007 where he continued to expand his construction knowledge and take on larger commercial projects including dental offices, restaurants and miscellaneous tenant fit outs. In 2010 Joe teamed up with Kevin Lobisser and together they started Lobisser Ferreira Construction Corp. He is also trilingual, he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Lobisser Ferreira Construction Corp. is a locally owned construction company founded upon the principles of integrity, hard work, and outstanding craftmanship. Partners Kevin Lobisser and Joe Ferreira have over 50 years combined experience building both commercial projects and residential homes. In 2010, Kevin and Joe combined their talents to establish Lobisser Ferreira Construction Corp. They built their company on strong ethics, with years of experience and valuable, knowledgeable employees, Lobisser Ferreira has become one of the most highly regarded construction companies in the area. Despite their tremendous growth, Kevin and Joe have not lost sight of what is most important; satisfied customers.
Kevin and Joe both enjoy spending their free time with their families boating and going on weekly mountain bike rides. They like to spend time along the East coast. Some of their favorite places are Anna Maria Island, Cape Cod, and the Lakes Region of Maine. Both are active motorcyclist who like to explore new places on their bikes.
